For all order -F.O.B Hong Kong.
Delivery Lead Time
7-15 days after order confirmation and after receipt of L/C or T/T payment.
Minimum Order
Laptop battery,MOQ is 10 pcs per item.
Payment Terms
For order value above USD10,000.00 payment by irrevocable L/C at sight.
For order value under USD10,000.00 payment by T/T prior shippment.

Product Label
Factory Standard Label: Standard Label.
Customer Private Lable: All art-work,film and printing costs are of customer's expensed.(Minimum printing order is 300 per model).
Packing
Factory Standard Packing:
1.Standard Whiter or Yellow Paper Box.
2.Standard Blister Packing.
Customer Private Packing: All art-work,film and printing costs are to be absorbed by customer.(Minimum printing order is 1K per model)
Pre-Shippment Inspection
Goods will be ready for inspection 2 working days priorto shippment date.
Inspection must be conducted in our factory and customers'traveling expenses for this purpose is of cutomers'responsibility.
Warranty
1.Products returned within the warranty period must bear BPB product code-bar and must be accompanied by a monthly RMA form. Products of unknown sources or without valid marking will not be accepted.
2. Retured products have to be shipped on quarterly at customer's shipment.
3. Replacement items will be sent out together with customer's next order shipment.
4. 80% credit of the current item selling price will be applied faulty items that cannot be repaired or rebuilted and condition that these products must be within the 6 months warranty period from delivery date.
5. All delivery costs of the defective batteries to be paid by the customer.
